Ever wondered how a Triumph motorcycle is assembled? Ever wondered just how many components your bike contains? Or how Triumph can make all its models on the same production line?
Triumph’s state-of-the-art Factory Two is among the most modern in the world, employing 600 people and assembling over 25,000 motorcycles each year and as part of their Triumph Live entry, ticket holders can take a short trip to the factory to see how their bikes are made.
Manned by the men and women who work there, the self guided tour takes you through the materials handling area.
This also takes in the vast and modern machine shops before arriving at the engine assembly and testing areas, before finally seeing the bikes come alive on the main production line.
Tours are included in the admission price of Triumph Live and are available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. All tours must be pre-booked at the time of ordering tickets. On Saturday, access to the factory is by a complimentary shuttle bus service from Mallory park.
